Abstracts / Instructions to Contributors

There will be a section of free communications during the symposium out of which six best abstracts will be selected. In order to participate, please send your abstract (max. 250 words) to: hana.hettychova@fnol.cz (and also a copy to phlustik@upol.cz) no later than 31. 10. 2018. As a subject of the email write “Parkinson2018“.

All persons interested in participation must be registered via an on-line registration form.

 

Registration fee:

Registration fee is includes 21% value-added tax:

Payment before November 9, 2018	1000 CZK
Payment after November 9, 2018	1500 CZK

Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshment, lunch, welcome reception, one printed copy of the conference proceedings and expenses on associated program running within the conference.

Payment should be made by November 30, 2018; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Czech Crowns) at the registration desk.

Price of the room incl. breakfast and entry to relaxation zone:
Double room 1.855 CZK/night / in case one person in the room only 1.645 CZK/night

Please make your own reservations.

Please note, that the reservation at Hotel Alley is only preliminary and deadline for reservation is November 23, 2018. If you contact hotel Alley, it is necessary to mention that you are a participant of the Parkinson 2018.

Conference Centre arranges accommodation for invited guests, board members and representatives of the companies.

 

Cancellation and refund of registration fees

In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Centre, Palacký University, Olomouc (romana.sedlackova@upol.cz). The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund is November 22, 2018. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after this deadline date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.

On December 13, 2018 we will meet to share a dinner together at renowned Restaurant Podkova, Koželužská 31, Olomouc (close to the meeting venue).

Lunch will be held on December 14, 2018 at the conference venue.
